Update: Dropped Course Enrollments Now Processing

During the winter break the sync between GU Experience and Canvas had a brief incident that dropped all Fall 2025 enrollments in Canvas. Those dropped enrollments have been restored, but we paused further processing of course drops in Canvas out of an abundance of caution.
On January 9th, we were able to resume the hourly course enrollment sync between GU Experience and Canvas.
- Your enrollments in GU Experience should now match your Canvas enrollments.
- There is still about a 2-3 hour enrollment delay between GU Experience and Canvas. If you are missing a course in Canvas please see our FAQs:
We apologize for the inconvenience the enrollment issues may have caused you, but we hope they are behind us as we continue to improve our systems!
